The Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Support Centre Analyst to join our team in our Palmerston North office.

 

As a Support Centre Analyst you are an integral conduit for clients to the business, often being the face of Yorb when the client needs us most. You are able to:


  • Be dynamic and able to react to clients’ needs instantly to ascertain the best course of action. 
  • Support the Yorb ‘WE’ to build relationships with end users through trust and empathy. 
  • To maintain a client outcome focused approach of ‘WE CAN’
  • Identify and resolve Tier 1 issues across a diverse range of clients, products, and services, and across multiple systems/technologies.

About You

You bring your enthusiasm, and a dedication to serving clients. As a versatile team player, you demonstrate professionalism and have great people skills. 


Preferred Experience/Skills 

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience on a Technical Support Desk where Level 1 support is provided, however a person displaying a passion for the industry and technology would be considered.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Back Office technologies, cloud skills and associated management tasks
  • Have an awareness of the different cloud technologies with attention on Office 365 and Azure
  • Understanding the importance of security to business and the risks associated with a breach
  • Have sound and logical troubleshooting skills
  • Confident working with and across multiple clients, delivery/technical teams, and technologies. 
  • Experienced in the use of Service Management Systems and the associated disciplines required to use these toolsets successfully.
  • Experience in the SMB or Corporate environments.
