The Role

Inspire and empower the team to achieve excellence individually and collectively. Your leadership will drive a high-performing team focused on efficiency and effectiveness in delivering outcomes that align with our clients’ and Yorb goals with a focus on


  • managing performance, providing guidance and feedback to meet standards of excellence consistently
  • implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in our support processes
  • supporting the Yorb ‘WE’ to build relationships with end users through trust and empathy. 
  • adding value to our client’s business and work with them to ensure their systems are operating and delivering results as expected. 
  • maintaining a client outcome focused approach of ‘WE CAN’ 


About You

You are a motivated and experienced leader who embodies enthusiasm, flexibility, and a relentless dedication to serving our clients with an unwavering focus. As a versatile team player, you thrive in adapting to any challenge that comes your way, all while maintaining an uplifting 'can-do' attitude and optimistic approach.


You would bring to the role:


  • Experience in a people leader role. 
  • Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous
  • Experience in Service Management and ITIL. 
  • Skilled in the management and use of Service Management Systems.
  • Resource management, scheduling, transition/on boarding, and project delivery.
  • Previous experience in an MSP environment or has awareness of standard MSP environment and requirements is advantageous.
