The Role
Lead and support the team to succeed both individually and collectively. Your leadership will drive the team toward achieving outcomes with a strong emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the goals of our clients and Yorb.
- managing performance, providing guidance and feedback to meet standards of excellence consistently
- implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in our support processes
- supporting the Yorb ‘WE’ to build relationships with end users through trust and empathy.
- adding value to our client’s business and work with them to ensure their systems are operating and delivering results as expected.
- maintaining a client outcome focused approach of ‘WE CAN’
About You
You are motivated and embodies enthusiasm, flexibility, and a dedication to serving our clients with focus. You thrive in adapting to any challenge that comes your way, all while maintaining an uplifting 'can-do' attitude and optimistic approach.
You would bring to the role:
- Experience in a people leader role.
- Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous
- Experience in Service Management and ITIL.
- Skilled in the management and use of Service Management Systems.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment or has awareness of standard MSP environment and requirements is advantageous.
